New Shoes for School Drive
We are supporting Lee Thomas & GrilleeQ in collecting donations and new shoes for the New Shoes for School Drive. This is San Leandro Rotary's 4th year (Lee's been doing it for 6 years) and normally we have it at the Little Brown Church. Due to COVID, we've changed the format of the event. In exchange for $20 donation or a brand new pair of shoes, you will be fed by Master Chef Lee Thomas from GrilleeQ! The first thing we need you to do is RVSP.
You can RSVP two ways:
Due to social distancing guidelines, we are picking up shoe donations and delivering a tasty BBQ treat.
Once you RSVP, you will receive an email with details.
The 6th Annual New Shoes for School Drive collection dates are June 5 to August 6
Join Shoe Drive Founder, former council member Lee Thomas, business and community leaders in collecting new pairs of shoes and gift cards for the 2020-2021 school year. The New shoes or School Drive supports the San Leandro kindergarten through 12th grade youth who are living in under-serve conditions. All donations will considered a tax write-off.

This breakout session provides an opportunity to hear from Rotarians at the forefront of change, learn about Rotary’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) progress, and be equipped with tools to create a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable organization.
